Having been on a lifelong mission to understand the truth of what wellbeing and health really mean, I've spent around 30 years in the study and practice of a wide variety of approaches from all over the world, both esoteric and practical, ancient and modern.

I have come to the understanding that we already have the keys to our own improved wellbeing within us; to achieve more aliveness, vitality, energy and general good felling, it is more a case of unlocking the potential for these within, rather than attempting to alter our external world - which is actually just a manifestation of our inner world. It's about being rather than doing.

An infinite abundance of pure positive energy and healing power is available to us at all times, we just need to unstructure our attitudes and old patterns of thinking and develop our higher faculties of mind, which remain untapped and waiting for us to activate. The Higher Health Wellness Coaching model is specifically designed to assist you in this process.

Higher Health is born from my own experience with finding clarity amidst this confusion over many years.

We really can greatly improve our state of wellbeing and we can do so right here and right now. It's extremely empowering to know that once we learn (or re-learn) these skills, we need nothing outside of ourselves to feel better now.

Although physical, mental and emotional wellbeing mean different things to different people, they are very important cornerstones of Spiritual growth and provide the foundation for us to walk the higher path.
